Job Announcement: 1/2/3 Classroom Teacher Position         

Sherwood Montessori Charter School is accepting applications for a full-time teaching position in a lower elementary mixed age classroom. This position requires working as part of a team of teachers in which responsibilities in the 1st/2nd/3rd grade are shared to provide skill-based individualized instruction.         
Qualified candidates will hold a current Multiple Subject Credential. Prior experience in 1st,2nd or 3rd  grade is desired. Further, qualified candidates will also understand or be willing to learn Montessori philosophy and practices and if needed receive Montessori Education Training.  
Preferred candidates possess strong classroom management and organization skills. He/she will understand youth and their development in addition to demonstrating creative approaches to learning.
