2012-2013 Application for Admissions

Sherwood Montessori is now accepting applications for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year for all grades (Kindergarten through 8th Grade).  You may either fill out the form below or pick up a paper copy at the school office: Sherwood Montessori, 746 Moss Avenue, Chico, CA 95926.  There is no priority given for either the date submitted or the method of submission.
